BetDeluxe.Tips

A Thursday night blockbuster gets us going for Round 17 when Geelong takes on Melbourne at GMHBA Stadium.

All the best bets, tips and selections for all games this weekend.

geelong vs. melbourne

july 7th 7:20pm

This will be the first true test for Geelong without Tom Stewart when it faces Melbourne at GMBHA Stadium.

The Cats crushed North Melbourne last weekend by 112 points, but the Demons are also back in form after a mid-season lull.

Demons the value.

Suggested Bet: Melbourne head to head at $1.92

Suggested Same Game Multi:

Leg 1: Melbourne head to head
Leg 2: C. Oliver 30+ disposals
Leg 3: Total score under 159.5
Combined odds = $4.50

sydney vs. western bulldogs

july 8th 7:50pm

After putting up a shocker against Essendon in Round 16, Sydney is on the hunt to bounce back against Western Bulldogs at the SCG.

The Dogs also put in a stinker against Brisbane up at the Gabba and have shown no real signs of consistency form a winning perspective this season.

Swans to get it done on their home deck.

Suggested Bet: Sydney -8.5 at $1.90

Suggested Same Game Multi:
Leg 1: Sydney -8.5
Leg 2: Total points under 156.5
Leg 3: T. Papley 2+ goals
Combined odds = $6.75

collingwood vs. north melbourne

july 9th 1:45pm

Collingwood will make it seven wins in a row when it plays North Melbourne on the weekend.

The $1.01 say it all and North will just be counting the cost against a high-flying Magpies squad.

Could hit triple figures again.

Suggested Bet: Collingwood -55.5 at $1.90

Suggested Same Game Multi:
Leg 1: Collingwood -55.5
Leg 2: Total points under 160.5
Leg 3: J. De Goey
Combined odds = $8

gold coast vs. richmond

july 9th 4:35pm

The heartbreak of a close loss against Collingwood should spur the Gold Coast Suns on when they face Richmond at Metricon on Saturday.

The Suns let slip a late lead, while the Tigesr pummelled the Eagles at the MCG as they continue their charge towards September.

Tough game to tip, but with Dustin Martin in doubt, Suns should firm from $2.02.

Suggested Bet: Gold Coast head to head at $2.02

Suggested Same Game Multi:
Leg 1: Gold Coast head to head
Leg 2: I. Rankine 2+ goals
Leg 3: M. Chol 2 + goals
Combined odds = $5.25

st kilda vs. fremantle

july 9th 7:25pm

St Kilda and Fremantle get set for an absolute doozie of a contest at Marvel Stadium.

The Saints got their running game going against Carlton to win by 15 points and find winning form again, while the Dockers fought hard to pinch a win against Port Adelaide.

This is going to be close, but St Kilda already has a win over Fremantle this season.

Suggested Bet: St Kilda head to head at $1.92

Suggested Same Game Multi:
Leg 1: St Kilda head to head
Leg 2: M. King 3+ goals
Leg 3: J. Gresham 2+ goals
Combined odds = $7.50

port adelaide vs. gws

july 9th 7:30pm

Port Adelaide returns home for a battle against GWS at Adelaide Oval on Saturday night.

Even though the injuries keep piling up, Ken Hinkley is getting as much as he can out of his squad and it is the rightful favourite for this game.

Giants have improved since the early parts of the season, but is a step up in class from the winning match they played against the Hawks.

Suggested Bet: Port Adelaide -17.5 at $1.90

Suggested Same Game Multi:
Leg 1: Port Adelaide -17.5
Leg 2: Total points over 167.5
Leg 3: C.Dixon 2+ goals
Combined odds = $3.90

brisbane vs. essendon

july 10th 1:10pm

The winning grins are back on the faces of Essendon and Brisbane when they prepare to face each other at the Gabba.

The Lions are clearly favoured to win this game given their position on the ladder compared to Essendon, but the Bombers have had a few blokes back from injury which has sparked better performances over the last month.

Going with the Dons at the line.

Suggested Bet: Essendon +29.5

Suggested Same Game Multi:
Leg 1: Essendon +29.5
Leg 2: Total points under 178.5
Leg 3: J. Stringer 2+ goals
Combined odds = $5.50

hawthorn vs. adelaide

july 10th 3:20pm

Not too sure how to look at this game between Hawthorn and Adelaide.

Both teams showed solid enough form away from home, but the Crows looked the better of the two against premiership favourite Melbourne.

In a 50/50 game, Adelaide might be the way to go as the outsider.

Suggested Bet: Adelaide head to head at $2.53

Suggested Same Game Multi:
Leg 1: Adelaide head to head
Leg 2: T. Walker 2+ goals
Leg 3: B. Keays 30+ disposals
Combined odds = $5

west coast vs. carlton

july 10th 4:40pm

Big names return for both West Coast and Carlton ahead of the final Round 17 fixture for 2022.

Jacob Weitering will be back for the Blues, while Josh Kennedy should make the squad after being managed against Richmond.

Carlton’s inaccuracy cost it dearly against St Kilda and it can bounce back with a comfortable win.

Suggested Bet: Carlton -18.5 at $1.90

Suggested Same Game Multi:
Leg 1: Carlton -18.5
Leg 2: H. McKay 3+ goals
Leg 3: P. Cripps 30+ disposals
Combined odds = $4.75
